Stirling

The City of Stirling has played a fascinating and important role in Scotland's rich historical heritage leaving behind many magnificent and well preserved cultural sites. The abundance of historical sites to visit include the Castle, Old Town Jail, Argyle's Lodging, Wallace Monument and the Old Bridge.
At the foot of the Old Town lies the modern city centre offering an extensive range of shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes.
Cambusbarron
Cambusbarron is approximately 1.5 miles from Stirling city centre. It is an excellent base close to all historic Stirling has to offer yet within a friendly village setting. Kerbonny Steading offers stunning views to the Trossachs and Stirling Castle and within 10 minutes walk the local services of the village can be found including shops, post office, village pub and parks. There are many cycling and walking routes that can be taken from close by offering lovely views and tranquil countryside.
Loch Lomond and the Trossachs

Only 30 minutes drive away is Scotland's first national park offering a host of activities amongst stunning scenery and many lochs. Possibilities include: scenic drives, walking, cycling, steam boat ride on Loch Katrine, interesting villages and visitor centres, Highland Games throughout the summer and much more.
